Build Your Willpower with Neuroscience.

This is the lifechanging skill we all have - 

Neuroplasticity.

Neuro means brain or brain cells and plastic means that it is able to be molded, is changeable, or malleable. 

In short, this is what allows your brain to change shape, size, & functions such as mood, focus, energy, thoughts, beliefs, abilities, hand-eye coordination, & more. 

Here's the good news, you can create the brain that can do almost anything by training it properly & giving it the building blocks it needs to grow.

Here is the bad news, if you improperly train it or don't take care of it, it will shift towards a depressed, anxious, impulsive, & weak-willed brain. 

There's our motivation, if you're tired of being soft, walked on, or lazy.. let go of how you feel about it, & let's use this proven process to get better. 

Where to start? Easy enough. The will to live. The power to endure. The ability to fight through challenges. 

We're talking tenacity, & it is crucial for our survival, success, & happiness. 

A ground breaking discovery in neuroscience found it's center -

The anterior mid-cingulate cortex (aMCC) & its job is to regulate how much effort to give towards a behavior or action. 

Which means that it is the gas pedal for effort. 

If we have a big gas pedal, we can push through more challenges, workouts, diet, business meetings, morning routines, hard conversations, or anything else we want. 

If we have a small gas pedal, we will give up, shrink, or suffer in the face of minor tasks. 

Guess what, it's neuroplastic, which means.. 

No more guessing or wondering, you are a champion in the making. 

Here's how to do it - 

You will need a stimulus, or the trigger, that activates the aMCC to turn on. 

When a brain area gets stimulated, just like a muscle when working out, it will receive more blood flow (nutrition & growth factors) to help it get BIGGER & BETTER. 

How do we stimulate it? Simple. 

Do things with great effort, aggression, & consistency. 

How do we maximize the stimulation.. Simple. 

Do things you do not want to do with great effort, aggression, & consistency. 

This is key -

The more you do not want to do it = the more effort required = the more you will "workout" that aMCC & resultantly, the bigger & better it will get. 

This information changed my life as well because it gave the pointless difficult things a reason & a purpose..

I'm now building my best brain, will power, & tenacity to make the rest of my life easier.

Closing points, just like with the body, we must also give the brain what it needs to recover, grow & heal after training so it will make those changes happen faster.
