Hi, I’m Rachel—a therapist, mental skills trainer, and former collegiate strength and conditioning coach and athlete with over seven years of experience bridging the mind and body. I see them not as separate pieces, but as one dynamic unit that defines who you are and how you show up in the world. My mission is to help you break through your ceilings—whether you’re an athlete stepping onto the field, a student navigating the classroom, or anyone striving to thrive in work, family, or relationships. I believe we've mastered how to train the body-but too often neglect the application of this along with the mental, emotional, and social game that defines us. You can't outsmart or outmuscle your inner world; it's the foundation of every play you make.

I hold Master’s degrees in both Sport Psychology and Clinical Mental Health Counseling, am certified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach through the Collegiate Strength and Conditioning Coaches’ Association, and am currently pursuing the Certified Mental Performance Consultant certification through the Association of Applied Sport Psychology. My background in athletics and mental health fuels my passion for working with athletes and driven individuals, but my door is open to anyone ready to dig a little deeper into themselves and their relationships. I have a high clinical interest in attachment, relationships, meaning-making, motivation, anxiety, habit change, and goal setting—themes that shape everyone’s story, not just those in sports.
My approach is bold, curious, and whole-person focused. I blend cognitive, behavioral, and relational frameworks to explore how your thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and upbringing influence every role you play. We won’t just train what’s visible—we’ll uncover the stories you carry and turn them into fuel for growth. Whether you’re looking to boost performance on the field or find balance off it, I’m here to help you get curious about yourself and the people around you, acting on the version of you that knows there’s more to you than just physical capabilities.
When I’m not in session, you might find me throwing a barbell overhead, reliving my glory days on a softball rec team, chasing my German Shepherd puppy, journaling, or digging into a good book—living the balance I champion for my clients
