Lead Physician, Psychotherapist, Coach, & Founder

Dr. Benjamin Morrell

Dr. Benjamin Morrell is the 5th of 8 children from small-town oklahoma. He inherited blue collar hard work, humor, humility, & honesty growing up plumbing with his father & brothers.

At age 5, he witnessed the near death of his brother, who was run over by a truck, & so he battled undiagnosed PTSD & ADHD throughout his early life. In that tremendous pain at age 18 he found purpose. He then set out to do what those doctors did for his younger brother - give life a second chance. He committed to becoming a physician.

His educational journey began at a community college, & exploded into 4 degrees, notably a Biology Degree with Summa Cum Laude (3.91 GPA) Honors, top 10% on Boards, a Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Oklahoma, & psychiatry training at Wake Forest.

During that process, he discovered what it takes to not just heal, but to thrive at the highest level. He traveled the world, wrote, played sports, spoke, made music, & helped as many people as he could along the way whilst improving his own mental health.

When the pandemic struck, Dr. Morrell clashed with the for-profit & sick-care medical system. He refused to align with rules that went directly against the basics of health, biology, & faith.

After conflict with the administration, Dr. Morrell walked out of that hospital with a vision to create a way to truly empower a person in all dimensions.

In 2021 the Lifestyle Integrated Therapy (LIT) Clinic of Psychiatry & Performance was born.

Since then Dr. Morrell has helped heal, guide, & coach hundreds of people out of sickness & into prosperity.
